Not lender or mortgage insurance

Mortgage Safety Plan is an independent insurance marketing website. The life insurance discussed here is not private mortgage insurance (PMI) and not insurance from your loan servicer, and this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any mortgage lender or loan servicer.

No guarantee

Coverage options, availability, and rates vary by age, state, health, and carrier guidelines. Not all applicants will qualify. Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of coverage.

Text messaging terms

Mortgage Safety Plan is operated by NMC Media LLC. Text messages are sent only with your separate opt-in. Two programs are available, each with its own unchecked checkbox on our form: verification codes and updates about your request, and marketing messages about insurance options.
